Squeezy Liquid Energy is based on the original Energy Gels but does not require additional water intake. The liquid energy gel solution is easy to consume even under maximum effort in training and competition and is very convenient to use.

Just like the Energy Gels, Squeezy Liquid Energy features a particularly low concentration of dissolved particles (low osmolarity) and delivers multi-stage energy release through a high-quality carbohydrate mix, ensuring a reliable energy supply.

With its higher water content, Liquid Energy has a slightly lower energy density compared to the pure Energy Gel. The general guideline is: 3 gels per hour, while professional athletes may consume up to 4 pouches per hour. It can also be easily combined with regular Energy Gels.

Ideal for: endurance sports with continuous exertion starting from 45 minutes.
