Squeezy Liquid Energy is based on the same formula as the Energy Gels but does not require additional water intake. The liquid energy gel solution is easy to consume even under maximum exertion during training and competition, and it is simple to use.

Like the Energy Gels, Squeezy Liquid Energy features a particularly low concentration of dissolved particles (low osmolarity) and delivers multi-stage energy release for reliable energy supply through a high-quality carbohydrate mix.

With its higher water content, Liquid Energy provides slightly less energy than the pure Energy Gel. Recommended intake: 3 gels per hour, while professional athletes may consume up to 4 gel packs per hour. Of course, it can easily be combined with Energy Gels.

Ideal for: endurance sports with continuous effort lasting 45 minutes or more.

The combination of Liquid Energy Refiller (1000 ml) and Dispenser (125 ml / 150 ml) offers a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to sachets and ensures consumption without sticky fingers. With the large refiller, the dispensers can be refilled as often as you like after cleaning with hot water. Each dispenser comes with two different valves and can be filled with either Liquid Energy or Gel.
