Order Details
- The invoice date is the day that your credit card is charged. This may not be the actual ship date if your order is invoiced on a weekend, or after 12pm CET.
- A tracking number will be available once your order has been packaged.
- Tracking information for packages shipped with UPS or FedEx may not be available until the following business day. Tracking information for orders packaged on Saturday or Sunday will not be available until Monday evening or Tuesday morning.
- Our UPS tracking numbers are recycled. If the tracking information shows that your package has already been delivered on a prior date, it means UPS has not updated the information for your package. The correct tracking information will be available the following business day.
