Test the shoes for max. 30 days starting from the purchase date. Last day of returns is November 30th 2025, for purchases on October 31st 2025. All shoes received after that date or more than 30 days after purchase date will not be valid for a full refund.

How It Works

Step 1: Buy a pair of Wilson Hurakn Pro V2 or Intrigue Padel Shoes at Total Padel.

Step 2: Play test the shoes on court for max. 30 days. If you love them, keep them!

Step 3: If you do not like the shoes, you can claim your money back within 30 days of your purchase. Go to https://www.totalpadel.com/custservice/returns.html, fill out the Return label, print it, stick in on the package and ship the shoes back to Total Padel in their original shoebox.

Step 4: Once Total Padel receives the shoes, you get your money back. Refunds can take a few days.
