With Tennis Warehouse Europe, Running Warehouse Europe, and Total Padel, the Sports Warehouse GmbH in Schutterwald, Germany, offers sport fanatics the biggest possible range of products needed to excel in their sports.

In the United States, we have locations in San Luis Obispo, California, and Alpharetta, Georgia. In Australia, we have locations in Melbourne and Perth, and in Europe you'll find us in Schutterwald, Germany. We are located in a sunny region close to the French and Swiss borders and at the foothills of the beautiful Black Forest. The lively cities Offenburg, Freiburg, and Strasbourg (France) are within easy reach.
From Schutterwald, we serve all Europe, but also deliver to countries outside of Europe. We therefore work in 5 languages: English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. We often have opportunities for new employees that speak at least one of these languages. For most positions, German skills are not required.
With around 100 employees of very diverse backgrounds, originating from 5 different continents, we all know each other, but still have the international spirit of much bigger organizations.

Main job responsibilities:- Support and report directly to the Category Manager Tennis Hardgoods
 - Select and purchase the products best suited for the European Tennis market
 - Order products as needed to ensure product availability
 - Create new products in Sales Maker, confirm information about prices, sizes, styles
 - Price matching: Create competitor price overviews to prepare price adjustments required by market developments
 - Communicate with vendors to review delivery dates and availability
 - Participate in vendor product meetings to review future collections and to achieve and maintain positive relations with vendors
 - Communicate with our Customer Service team to answer any customer's questions, including information on future products or collections, and new brands
 - Work with our Marketing and Imaging team on implementation of promotional activities and to help presenting products on our websites in a compelling manner
 - Regular system sweeps and system maintenance
 
Your skills and work experience:
- University degree
 - Fluent in English
 - Knowledge of tennis products and/or good tennis skills are a plus
 - Good analytical and organizational skills, ability to prioritize
 - Detail-oriented work attitude
 - Strong ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated
 - Good communication skills and capable to work effectively in a team

Marketing Department
The exciting field of sports e-commerce is what our Marketing team calls HOME. Terms like SEA, SEO, Remarketing, Social Media, Events are daily business for our dynamic team of marketers from all over Europe. Whatever they do, it is always focused on serving the consumer and helping him to find the right equipment for his next tennis match or running challenge.
Digital Marketing Coordinator part-time 20 h (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities and tasks:- Provide support for planning, setting up and managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
 - Create persuasive ad copy and proofread marketing content
 - Define and manage target audiences and segmentation strategies
 - Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns
 - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics
 - Prepare reports using Excel
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to suggest improvements and strategies for campaign KPIs
 
Your skills and work experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing
 - Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, any other advertising software is a plus
 - Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills for digital advertising in English
 - Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint required

Customer Service
Our goal is to provide an unrivaled shopping experience for every customer. To support this endeavor, the customer service team is dedicated to facilitate customer orders, handle product questions, and field concerns about order issues via phone and email. - Customer service via phone and e-mail for our English speaking customers
 - Advising on product range and product selection
 - Support with product orders, payments and order tracking

- Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
 - Strong proficiency in English language skills
